Performance characteristics

(1) The studio is made of stainless steel material with high strength. Corrosion resistance; Large capacity and light weight. All heating elements are installed in the upper working chamber, which can avoid short circuits and other faults caused by packaging items (especially liquids), and improve the reliability of the whole machine.

(2) The lower workbench adopts a stainless steel flat structure, which not only facilitates the removal of liquids or debris that drip onto the workbench during work, but also prevents corrosion and rust caused by packaging acid, alkali, salt and other items. The whole machine adopts a stainless steel frame structure to ensure the overall quality balance of the equipment and greatly improve the service life of the equipment. Some of the fully automatic vacuum packaging machines adopt a four-bar linkage structure, and the upper working chamber can operate on two workstations, which is easy to operate, efficient, and energy-saving.

Replacement of vulnerable parts

Choose one of the following methods to replace the airbag based on the different structures of the upper working chamber.

a、 Remove the pressure hose, pull down the airbag support plate with force, extract the waste airbag, insert the new airbag, align and flatten it, release the airbag support plate, the airbag support plate will automatically bounce back, insert the pressure hose, and confirm that it has been restored to its factory state.

b、 Remove the pressure hose, unscrew the spring seat nut, remove the spring, remove the airbag support plate, phenolic plate, and heating strip as a whole, replace them with usable airbags, align the airbag support plate with the guide column, install the spring, tighten the spring seat nut, insert the pressure hose, and confirm that it has been restored to its factory state.

c、 Remove the pressure hose, remove the support spring, extract the split pin and pin shaft, move the airbag support plate outward, extract the waste airbag, place a new airbag, align and level it to reset the airbag support plate, install the support spring, insert the pin shaft and split pin, insert the pressure hose, and confirm that it has returned to the factory state.

Adjustment and replacement of nickel chromium strip (heating strip). Choose one of the following methods based on the different structures of phenolic boards.

a、 Loosen the opening pin or bolt that fixes the phenolic board, remove the heating wire, and take off the heating strip and phenolic board as a whole. Remove the isolation cloth again, loosen the fixing screws at both ends of the heating strip, remove the old heating strip, and replace it with a new one. When installing, first fix one end of the heating strip with a fixing screw, then press the fixing copper blocks on both sides inward with force (overcoming the tension of the tension spring inside), align the position with the fixing screw, and then fix the other end of the heating strip. Move the fixing copper block slightly to adjust the position of the heating strip to the middle, and finally tighten the fixing screws on both sides. Stick on the outer isolation cloth, install the clamping strip, connect the heating wire (the terminal direction cannot be downward), restore the equipment to its factory state, and then it can be debugged and used.

b、 Loosen the opening pin or bolt that fixes the phenolic board, remove the heating wire, and take off the heating strip and phenolic board as a whole. Remove the clamping strip and isolation cloth. If the heating strip is too loose, loosen the copper nut at one end first, then rotate the copper screw to tighten the heating strip, and finally tighten the copper nut. If the heating strip can no longer be used, remove the nuts at both ends, remove the copper screws, insert one end of the new heating strip into the slot of the copper screws, and install it into the phenolic plate. After winding the copper screws for more than one circle, adjust the heating strip to center it, tighten the copper nut, and then install the other end of the copper screw into the phenolic plate according to the above method (if the heating strip is too long, cut off the excess), rotate the copper screw to tighten the heating strip, and tighten the copper nut. Attach the isolation cloth, install the clamping strip, connect the heating wire, restore the equipment to its factory state, and then debug and use it.
