Fresh tea leaf spreading and storing machine:
1.The fresh tea leaves are continually feeded into the automatic conveyor belt evenly into the machine, 2.The storing machine has some infrared sensors, which makes the fresh leaves evenly enter into machine. 3.With 12 numbers air coolers are automatically controlled by a computer, and the interval time between the start and stop of the fans can be set to avoid the deterioration of the tea leaf.Fresh tea leaf cutter and impurity removal machine:
The production process is as follows: fresh leaf conveying (vertical conveying) → vertical cutting → horizontal cutting → impurity removal. Due to the inconsistent sizes of mechanical plucking leaves, issues such as uneven steam fixation may arise. Additionally, excessively long tea stems hinder the subsequent stem-leaf separation process and may cause blockages, so it is essential to cut the fresh leaves. The resulting tea fragments and tea dust must undergo impurity removal. This module constitutes the fresh leaf processing stage of the Tencha production line. It is typically positioned before steam fixation, serving as the preceding process for steam fixation operations.
Green tea steamer and cooling machine:
fresh leaf conveying → steam fixation → air cooling. Fixation involves using saturated steam to deactivate enzymes in fresh leaves, preventing the oxidation of polyphenolic compounds. This is a critical process for forming the color, aroma, and taste of tea, and serves as the foundation for the quality of green tea. This module unit utilizes steam contact with fresh leaves to rapidly inactivate active enzymes, achieving fast steaming speed, ensuring the fresh leaves retain their vibrant green color and tenderness, and promoting the transformation of tea aroma; it is key step for tencha tea processing .

This module unit is with the following process steps: steamed tea leaves are high-throw blowed and spreaded by wind→ Far-infrared drying of Tencha. This unit is suitable for the drying of Tencha. After the tea leaves are steamed, they can be dried in this unit. After drying in this unit, the moisture content of the tea leaves can reach 8-20%.
Stem-leaf Separation and winnowing machine:
with the following process steps: tea leaf conveying → stem-leaf separation → vibrating conveying →winnowing.
This unit is designed to remove tea stems and leaf veins from dried tencha after drying, effectively removing the stems while retaining the leaves. This is primarily achieved by using a stem-leaf separation machine to peel the leaves off the tea stems, followed by tea winnowing machine to remove the stems. Vibration conveying and pipeline conveying serve to connect and transport the tea materials.
