The continuous tea ball mill is a specialized ultra-fine tea grinding machine. This product consists of a feeding device, grinding body, and cooling system.
Feeding Device: Comprising a storage hopper, flexible auger, food-grade steel wire conveyor tube, and conveying reduction motor. Tea leaves or other raw materials are poured into the storage hopper. The reduction motor drives the auger, conveying the materials from the hopper into the grinding body. A transparent observation port is installed at the junction of the feeding device and the main body, allowing monitoring of material flow into the grinding chamber.
Grinding Main Unit: Comprises a reduction motor, coupling, stirring rod, cylinder, grinding media, and frame.
Cooling System: Consists of a chiller, connecting components, and heat dissipation mechanism. Heat generated during grinding affects matcha quality (color, aroma). The chiller lowers the internal temperature of the main grinding cylinder to a low-temperature state during operation.
Zirconia beads (zirconium oxide) operate in a fully enclosed environment. The main shaft rotates at 27-272 RPM, driving the zirconia beads to roll. Tea leaves are pulverized through friction between the zirconia beads. A stainless steel damping screw elevates the zirconia beads to a specific height before releasing them, accelerating the crushing process. The small diameter of the zirconia beads minimizes the gaps between them, enhancing friction and ensuring thorough, uniform pulverization.
