What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

For sample order ,100% T/T in advance.

For Special customized products,50% T/T  deposit in advance, 50%  T/T balance before delivery .

For Conventional product,30% T/T deposit in advance, 70% T/T  balance before delivery .

For large procesisng line ,can be negotiated by both parties.

What is the average delivery time?

For samples, the lead time is about 7-15 days.

For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment.

For customized production, the lead time is 30-40 days after receiving the deposit payment.

The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. If you are looking to resell but in much smaller quantities, we recommend you check out our website

What is the product warranty?

We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction.

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods .

How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.

Are you a trading company or a factory, will it be more expensive to buy from your side?

We have 2 different team ,one is factory team ,who has more than 20 years of professional manufacturing experience, the other is import and export team  who has more than 10 years exporting experience overseas.

We are a professional in Tea indsutry machine or tea related products only .

Based on the similar price, we provide customers with more stable products.

How to do the installation, commissioning ,and what is your after-sales service after buying machine.What should I do if I encounter problems during the future use?

For most of our equipments , customers can use by themselves according to English manual.

If there is any problem during use, we will provide text, image and video guidance at the first time via live chat or Email.

If there are some machines that require on-site training, installation and commissioning, we have to charge an additional necessary fee.

We are small buyer , Can we buy your products locally?

We have local product and service supplier in most tea places. Please tell us your region name ,we can recommend the most suitable local supplier.
