Function Introduction:
The production process is as follows: fresh leaf conveying (vertical conveying) → vertical cutting → horizontal cutting . Due to the inconsistent sizes of mechanical plucking leaves, issues such as uneven steam fixation may arise. Additionally, excessively long tea stems hinder the subsequent stem-leaf separation process and may cause blockages, so it is essential to cut the fresh leaves.
Product Working Principle
This fresh leaf cutters utilizes the relative motion between the drive shaft blade and the driven shaft blade, achieving the cutting purpose through their speed difference and blade spacing. The raw material is machine-cut leaves, less than 200mm in length, without lignified tea stems. The fresh leaves are cut into small segments ranging from 25mm to 50mm in length.
